Provide Members, Pensioners and Human Resources with information about their pension fund benefits in individual sessions in compliance with the Financial Services Board’s customer principles.

CONDUCT MEMBER EDUCATION SESSIONS
Coordinate all logistical arrangements for member education sessions well in advance.
Coordinate education / training sessions for members to ensure effective events that achieve their objectives.
Conduct presentations and answer queries in a sensitive manner.
Visit Eskom sites and conduct sessions face-to-face with members to ensure that the transfer of information is well understood.
Provide feedback to EPPF senior management on pertinent matters raised during member education sessions.
ORGANISE PENSIONER EDUCATION FUNCTIONS
Obtain a list of pensioners in a particular area.
Coordinate and host country-wide information functions which attract Pensioners, conduct presentations and answer queries appropriately.
Oversee all logistical arrangements regarding the pensioner education functions.
Organise various pensioner functions, as identified, achieving logistical requirements and function objectives.
IMPLIMENT HR RELATIONSHIP MAINTENANCE AND TRAINNG
Build relationships with Eskom HR representatives by making goodwill visits to various HR Departments.
Conduct HR training programs that target Eskom’s HR Practitioners, HR Officers and HR Assistants.
Monitor the accurate completion of claim forms and provide feedback to HR Practitioners when not up to standard.
Respond to all queries accurately and sensitively.
Gain buy-in and support for EPPF communication activities.
Requirements
Relevant University Bachelor Degree or 4 year Diploma.
At least 5 years job-related experience (Retirement Fund Administration or equivalent experience).
Fluent in Sepedi, Xitsonga and Tshivenda.
Extensive knowledge of the Pension Fund industry.
Knowledge of pension benefits and administration.
Knowledge of Pension Fund Act and other related pension laws (Divorce, Income Tax, and Maintenance Act).
Valid driver’s licence.
Willing to travel extensively.
